Alfie's Restaurant Ocklawaha Florida

Located along Route 25 in Ocklawaha, Alfies is rather a nondescript sort of building. It doesn't in any way hint at the delicious things that you will find inside. Don't get me wrong, it is rustic inside, you can feel comfortable in your shorts and tank top. It is more of a bar than a bistro but don't let that put you off. The menu provides some delightful options.

Monday is prime rib day and the price, quality, and quantity is excellent. My brother and sister-in-law go there for their fried fish sandwich. As you can see from the picture it is quite huge. 

I got the grilled shrimp and chose the coleslaw and sweet potato fries as my sides. It was all so good!!

Al got a patty melt and it was cooked just the way he likes it. 

We had a very enjoyable meal with great service and nice cold drinks. It is a popular place and it is a place you can feel comfortable bringing the entire family. Prices are reasonable for the quality that you receive.
